Dyak Beaded Hat

This lovely woven basket and glass bead hat is worn in ceremonies by the Dayak people of Borneo.  The bead work depicts mythical animals, amulets and protective motifs.  The custom-made iron stand highlights the delicate basket & bead work nicely.
